Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in Adelaide. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll for our growing team of employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining accurate payroll records. Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for employees and contractors in a timely and accurate manner Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in the payroll system Ensure compliance with relevant awards, tax obligations, and statutory requirements Process superannuation, PAYG, and other deductions Prepare payroll reports for management and assist with audits Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies Assist with the preparation of end-of-year financial reports and payment summaries Stay updated with payroll regulations and industry best practices Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Administrator, or in a similar role Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes Familiarity with Australian payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Proficiency in payroll software (experience with systems like MYOB, Xero, or ADP is advantageous) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team High level of confidentiality and professionalism What We Offer: Competitive salary package Supportive and inclusive work culture Opportunities for professional development and career growth Flexible working arrangements Employee assistance programs and wellbeing initiatives How to Apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
