Your Talent Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, relevant industry certifications or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Your Mission We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at PUMA Oceania. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the provision of all IT systems, support, infrastructure, and related projects. You will play a key role in supporting our local, regional, and global IT strategies while ensuring seamless daily IT operations across our retail, corporate, and distribution environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues, ensuring timely ticket resolution and high customer satisfaction. Document issues and resolutions for future reference. Collaborate with IT teams to manage system maintenance, upgrades, deployments, and implementations based on business needs. Ensure endpoint security compliance by managing updates and promoting cyber safety awareness among users. Oversee IT asset management throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware and software inventory. Work with global and regional IT teams to align IT projects with global policies and best practices. Create and maintain operational documentation for all support processes. Additionally, the role includes on-call responsibilities outside regular business hours, as scheduled and agreed with the Teamhead IT.
