We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled leading hand to join our team to oversee and lead the day-to-day operations on various civil construction projects, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
You will work closely with project managers, Site Supervisors, operators, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met.
About the Role Your initial responsibilities will include:
Completing and monitoring compliance to IMS policies, procedures, forms, and specificationsPlanning, resourcing, and delivery of work packagesCooperate and communicate effectively with Site Supervisors, Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure project deliverables are achieved.Promote and embody Goldsmith values and culture within the team.To be considered for this role the successful applicant must have: Proven operational experience in civil constructionStrong leadership skills with experience supervising others and coordinating activities onsiteSolid understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environmentExcellent communication skills for effective liaison with management, team members, and contractorsA construction induction white cardWillingness to travel across multiple locationsValid working rights in AustraliaReferencesWhat next?
