Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time Firesafe is looking for an Account Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of all routine inspection, testing, and service within the service department in order to drive and grow the Firesafe Service business.Duties/ Responsibilities Promote and sell all aspects of the Firesafe business with an aim to grow its client base and brand in the industry.Complete all works with a focus on providing quality, efficient, and reliable services and provide input on continuous improvement initiatives, to ensure company development.Apply Best Practice in relation to safety, cost efficiencies, and value engineering.Oversee the delivery of quality services to the existing client base and personally manage larger client contracts, agreements, and projects.Ensure accurate and timely processing of all service-related works including but not limited to quoting, procuring, delivery, reporting, and invoicing.Overall responsibility for the financial viability of the managed accounts Services division including cost management, budgeting, accurate estimating, and maximizing revenue streams.Embed a work environment and culture with a strong focus on achievement and recognition of high performance – a focus on an improvement mindset including business/operational excellence and innovation.Work with direct reports to formulate and implement individual development plans for improved performance.Develop, maintain, and foster strong stakeholder relations.Apply transparency, equality, and consistency with people-related decision making.Provide visible leadership in driving positive HS&E behaviours consistent with the Firesafe core values and HS&E standards and legislation.Proactively drive and implement company initiatives to improve Health, Safety, Environmental, and quality performance within your team to meet business unit and corporate targets.Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a lead or supervisory capacity in a similar environment.Thorough knowledge of all Acts, Regulations, and other standards that apply to this position.A thorough knowledge of HSE obligations and duty of care.Excellent industry networks and ability to convert good relationships into new business opportunities.Ability to troubleshoot and understand diagnostic procedures.Ability to lead and manage direct reports effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent stakeholder management skills.High level communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.Outstanding organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.Friendly and confident personality. #J-18808-Ljbffr
