We are seeking an energetic Administration and Finance Coordinator who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats as this role requires someone who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and financial responsibilities, as well as the day-to-day management of our brand-new office in Bathurst.
This is an exciting opportunity to make this role your own as we grow and expand our offerings in the Central West Region.
In this part-time role, you will be working across 3 days and be responsible for supporting our finance and heritage team with the following duties:
* Process credit card payments and reconcile credit card statements
* Assist with various finance tasks as required
* Handle customer and supplier inquiries regarding billing issues
Administration Responsibilities
* Assisting employee inductions and compliance
* Assisting the marketing team promote the office and its activities to the local and wider Central West community

About you
You are:
* All about collaboration and being part of a close-knit team
* Enjoy being ‘hands on’, have excellent interpersonal skills and are flexible and adaptable in your approach to meeting and exceeding the needs of a variety of stakeholders
* Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a strong customer service focus
* Have superb time management skills and are detail oriented
* Have a minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance administration or accounts payable/receivable role
* Have strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate financial records
* Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
