The opportunity to join our teamWe're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Digital to join our collaborative Direct Advice team.
This role is all about driving digital innovation, ensuring the tools and calculators we develop are intuitive, effective, and truly meet the needs of our members.
As a senior member of the team, you'll lead smaller projects to enhance our digital assets, collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors.
Your work will directly contribute to improving our member experience and helping them achieve their retirement goals.
Plus, you'll play a key role in coaching and mentoring team members, driving process improvements, and ensuring quality of our work remains superior.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business needs into actionable insights – produce business and functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and use case scenarios Guide discovery, design, and delivery phases to ensure impactful solutions Engage with internal teams and external vendors to drive successful outcomes Identify process improvements, risks, and dependencies while ensuring high standards Work closely with the Product Owner and Delivery Lead to successfully implement and embed change Share knowledge, cross-skill, and foster a culture of continuous learning What You Will BringSuccess in this role comes from a combination of strong analytical skills, the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights, and a collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders and drive impactful digital solutions.
An experienced and self-driven Business Analyst with the right mix of technical know-how, functional expertise, and an understanding of advice tools and calculators will succeed in this environment.
