The Role
The Territory Manager is responsible for profitable growth, retention, as well as actively seeking to grow zone density and/or grow share of wallet from the managed and potential new accounts. Planning, profit and contract management is a key activity of the role.

* Identifying, developing, and commercializing growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects.

* Actively seeking to grow the business in the Canterbury market and enhance the service currently offered.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
* Strong selling and business development skills including customer negotiations.
* Experience growing existing accounts, generation and conversion.
* Excellent time management skills with a results-focused approach.
* Natural negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Commercial and business awareness.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driver's license is essential.
