Role Overview: Reporting to the General Manager Marketing, we are seeking a highly talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and optimise our digital marketing programs. You will manage our social media campaigns and execute strategies across various channels, playing a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving traffic, and increasing conversions.
Ideal Candidate: We're looking for someone who loves the veterinary industry and has a genuine passion for pets. You should be innovative, multimedia-savvy, well-organised, and an excellent writer and communicator. A strong understanding of digital touchpoints and data analytics will be essential for delivering highly effective campaigns and enhancing user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and execute engaging social media and eDM campaigns across multiple platforms.
Collaborate closely with our team to align marketing strategies and strengthen our brand presence.
Use data to influence best-outcome digital activity for future campaigns
Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and reflects our clinic's values.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies that support company objectives.
About you:
A solid understanding of digital marketing, from social media to SEO.
A positive, can-do attitude that keeps you motivated and eager to learn!
A creative thinker with a passion for the animal sector (bonus points if you've worked in veterinary/healthcare before!)
Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Digital Technology
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support the team in making data-driven decisions.
Experience reporting on campaigns and websites using Google Analytics essential.
Comfortable using data to inform campaign recommendations for changes and optimisations (e.g. targeting, ad creative, etc.)
Ability to take direction, effective time management and multi-tasker
Good communicator and can work both autonomously and collaboratively
