12-Month Contract Role: Communications & Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a strong generalist for a 12-month contract position in our communications team. This role offers hybrid work and development opportunities within a leading healthcare organisation based in the north of Melbourne.
Main responsibilities include:
* Writing, editing, and coordinating sales and marketing collateral
* Developing corporate communications, such as newsletters and blogs
* Managing the intranet, content uploads, and improvements
* Producing accessible versions of documents
* Maintaining branding consistency across publications and online platforms
* Campaign management and event coordination
* Engaging with stakeholders and developing EDMs and marketing collateral
The successful candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing or communications
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Event coordination experience
* A high level of organisation skills and ability to prioritise
