Your Opportunity: To coordinate and manage a range of employment relations issues and projects and provide advice, coaching and support to line managers and staff on policy matters, industrial relations issues, legislative requirements and support the resolution of workplace issues.What we're looking for: Extensive knowledge of employment and industrial relations legislation, enterprise bargaining agreements and associated directives, policies and procedures as they apply in a large complex public sector organisation.High level of skill in coaching, communicating and negotiating within a complex and diverse organisation to resolve workplace issues, equity and diversity matters and support workplace change and reform initiatives.High level of skill in case management and leading complex workplace investigations and mediations.High level of written and interpersonal communication, consultation and negotiation skills.Substantive level of skill in managing projects to achieve desired outcomes.An understanding of contemporary Human Resource Management issues including Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Anti-Discrimination Principles and a willingness to commit to and work within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service Values and the Code of Conduct for the Queensland Public Service.Preferred Qualifications: There are no mandatory qualifications for this position. You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $148,322 p.a., comprising salary between $121,360 - $129,998 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
