This Senior Leadership role involves overseeing the planning and execution of road rehabilitation and construction projects, including concrete structures and road resurfacing.The successful candidate will manage both internal teams and external contracts to ensure high standards of service delivery.About YouYou will have at least five years of experience in civil road construction and leadership, with skills in budget management, contract negotiation, and safety protocols.
