Monitoring R.O.A.S. as per company budgets and performance of campaigns working closely with our media partners and ensure the timely roll-out of promotions,Develop content and maintain brand integrity across all platforms ensuring that all information is current, accurate and timely.Be responsible for philanthropic & merchandise products.Provide general brand marketing support, e.g., ensuring Brochures and collateral used by all teams across the company are on point and on time.Generate regular marketing communications for both internal and external audiences. Assist with the Coordination of corporate displays and exhibit marketing as required from time to time.Key selection criteria: Possess 3-5 years of direct marketing experience and a tertiary-level degree in Marketing / Business / Communication or Advertising.Have a flair for marketing and a passion for working within the Home Improvement/window furnishing Industry.Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in copywriting and proofreading An intermediate standard of computer literacy includes using PCs, Macs, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.Experience in managing paid campaigns across META, Google Ads PPC, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads, ensuring they are optimised, aligned with business objectives, and meeting business KPIs, ensuring each campaign delivers maximum ROI & campaigns stay within budget.Conversant or willing to learn SEO and bidding strategies and targeting to enhance campaign efficiency across various channels.Track and report on key performance metrics, including click-share, impression-share, and auction insights and report to higher management with actionable insights.Familiar with managing Gtags and setting up conversion goals to accurately measure, allowing for better optimisation of lead generation tracking.Conduct thorough website testing before launching any new product or offer. Assist in designing engaging EDMs to communicate brand messages and offers to clients.Assist in social media by developing, posting, and executing content in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and promotional capacity.Basic understanding of web development such as WordPress to optimise websites for scalability and growth, with a focus on enhancing user experience.Having photographic and video editing skills will be valuable in capturing onsite customer testimonials for brand promotion.The candidate will also be the point of contact for agency support and will provide marketing communications & program support.Collaborate with designers to ensure the visual integrity and user experience of the website.Collaborate with developers to integrate AI functionality into marketing systems and to improve workflow efficiency.Utilise design packages such as Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, etc., to assist in creating high-quality visuals for campaigns and social media content.Work closely with the Marketing Manager to refine the process of allocating, approving, amending, and tracking tasks to ensure smooth workflow across the marketing department.Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate easily and work collaboratively and cohesively with internal and external stakeholders.
