As an Analyst, you will be passionate about customer service and focused on achieving our goal of being number 1 in client satisfaction. Your role will specifically involve:Working closely with Business Bankers and other internal stakeholders to meet client requirements.Preparing various reporting requirements including your pipeline of work in progress.Organising the progression of lending approvals through to funding.What are we looking for?We’re a high-performing, customer-focused team and we’re looking for a self-driven Analyst with a proven track record within similar Business/Commercial banking roles. In this team, you’ll have the opportunity to gain exposure to small business clients and work with some of the most skilled Business Bankers. To be successful in this role you will have:Ideally, previous experience with business lending including writing and analysing credit transactions, ideally within Business and/or Commercial Banking.A solid understanding of balance sheets, P&L, structuring of loans, securities, and financial products.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.Client service experience ideally in a Commercial or Business banking environment.Well-developed financial analysis and modelling skills.A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded.If this sounds like you, apply now!
