Your Responsibilities
The chosen Carpenter will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive carpentry services to our residential clients. As a valued member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Ensuring continuous cleanliness and safety at all job sites.
2. Providing support in various areas of construction trades when the need arises.
3. Delivering exceptional customer service to clients in need of maintenance assistance.
4. Collaborating with our site supervisor as required.
5. Performing daily maintenance repairs.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Expertise in the following skills are essential to the success of this role, on top of 10 years’ experience in the industry:
6. Carpentry repairs
7. Painting
8. Plastering
9. General repairs
10. Residential maintenance
11. Problem-solving
12. Proficiency in technology to ensure smooth daily communications
