I am currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an Office Coordinator position based in the outer Inner West within the Burwood Region. This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to extend.
It is an excellent fit for junior administrators with 2-3 years of experience who are ready to take on their next challenge and grow their career. The position offers one day of work-from-home flexibility and includes free on-site parking, providing both convenience and adaptability.

Your new role
* Office management
* Managing and ordering stock
* Updating data on the company's internal system
* Ordering stationery for the office
* Managing facilities
* Assisting the General Manager with travel, expenses, and minimum diary management
* Greeting everyone as they come into the office, and being the first point of contact
* Organising catering
* Ensuring meeting rooms are set up prior to meetings
* Organising office events such as Christmas parties etc.

* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise work, and remain calm under pressure.
