This role involves using your product knowledge and sales skills to create a unique and personalized experience for each customer, all while utilizing an advanced computer systems and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
– Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs to suggest suitable flooring solutions
– Utilize CRM system effectively to track customer interactions and sales
– Present a diverse product range to customers, clearly explaining features and benefits
– Negotiate prices, close sales, and strive to secure repeat business
– Provide high-quality after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
– Stay abreast with the latest product introductions, market trends, and competitor activities
– Use the personal vehicle for client visits when necessary
– Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the flooring industry is a must
– Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM tools, and phone communication is crucial
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
– A keen eye for detail and aesthetics
– A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for client visits
– Flexibility to work different hours, including weekends
