About the Role
1. As an Assistant Store Manager at T2, you will be assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the store with leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
2. Coach the team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customer to shop seamlessly throughout the store.
3. Support the Store Manager to achieve budgeted sales and manage controllable costs for the store.
4. Lead the store and team in absence of a Store Manager on duty.
5. Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
6. Encourage development with the team by providing timely feedback.
7. Regular Sunday work is required for this role.

9. Love tea!
10. Passionate and motivated to deliver results and will confidently support your manager and team.
11. Have great communication skills, strong time management & organisational skills.
12. Previous team leader, key holder, or management experience is advantageous.
