Job Description At goFLUENT, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to a dynamic and international environment. You will support the daily tasks of the operation as you will be a direct link between the team of advisors and the operations area. You will be in charge of administrative tasks such as updating databases, creating manuals to optimize processes as much as possible, and weekly and monthly reports on the results obtained. Likewise, give visibility to other departments about the software or hardware necessary so that the team can perform its daily tasks. What You'll Do: Be a key link between the Learning Advisor team and Learning Advisor Operation department. Responsible for the dispatch of incoming inquiry emails sent by learners. Responsible for feeding trackers. Support Learning Advisor Operations Specialist in receiving and managing requests and issues from the Learning Advisor team. Support Learning Advisor Operations Specialist in extracting and deep analyzing data. Support in Cancellations process. Be the main backup from Learning Advisor Operations Specialist during business travels (Amazon Fairs and visits) and PTOs. Reinforce communication with the Learning Advisor team about the new processes and tools. Share insights of the Learning Advisor operation to identify pain points and opportunity areas from the operation to be efficiently addressed by the LA Ops department. Monthly and weekly results report. Work closely with LA Ops Specialists to report any issue. Weekly report about the current active learners we have. Responsible for forwarding all the voicemails and reports when we are not receiving them. What You'll Need: Soft skills are a must regarding: empathy, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability and effective communication skills. Attention to detail. Proactive, responsible, disciplined and able to multitask. Must be able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of Google tools (docs, sheets and so on).
