About You:The ideal candidate for this position will be a technically strong, CA or CPA qualified accounting professional - a finance leader with a drive and passion to continue honing those leadership skills in a supportive and professional environment.Key skills/experience required:Fully CPA/CA qualified, with 3-5 years or more post-qualification experience in a leadership role.Strong experience of technical accounting standards.A track-history of building teams and fostering a positive culture in an evolving environment.Natural problem-solving skills, motivated and willing to help find solutions.Strong skills set in change management and ability to multitask and pivot to new priorities when required.A natural leader who leads by example, can motivate and inspire others to perform.
