About the Role This is a casual opportunity for you to join us as a Disability Support Worker in Maryborough.
This role is all about supporting our customers in a SIL home, helping with their everyday needs.
There are shifts available throughout the day and night, including sleepovers.
You'll assist individuals with a variety of disabilities and help foster an environment that promotes independence and personal growth.

Responsibilities Support with daily personal care, housekeeping, and other tasks as needed.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies to encourage good behaviours and manage challenging ones.
Follow authorised Restrictive Practices as outlined in the PBSP.
Maintain accurate records of support provided, including progress notes and incident reports.

What We Are Looking For Prior experience in disability support.
Experience with implementing PBSP plans and Restrictive Practices (advantage).
Flexible availability for both AM and PM shifts.
Requirements The successful applicant will have or be willing to obtain:
Valid drivers licence (P2 or open).
CPR and First Aid certificate.
NDIS worker screening clearance (yellow card).
Working with Children Check (blue card).
