What you'll do
Working in our Insurance Support team as part of the Customer Operations function, this is an exciting role where you will:
* Communicate with customers via phone and email.
* Clearly explain the features and benefits gained when setting up their policies with Open, not only from a product perspective but the benefits for the community and the environment.
* Complete amendments to Car, Home, Landlord, and Travel Insurance policies.
* Ensure that customers receive an amazing experience when trying to finalize their insurance requirements.
* Maintain a high standard of compliance and ethical decision making.
What we're looking for
* Someone who is empathetic, customer-focused, community-minded, and environmentally aware.
* Experience within the Insurance industry is highly regarded; however, school leavers or people with no industry experience are all encouraged to apply.
* Someone who is Tech-Savvy! You love technology and embrace the future.
