We're a top-tier ASX-listed company helping to make the world a safer place through creating a stronger and more resilient business and enabling our portfolio of iconic insurance brands.YOUR ROLE As part of the Technology & Operations division, you'll lead delivery across agile development teams to execute key business and technology strategies.You'll work with key stakeholders to deliver strong business results through technology-driven change, overseeing the squad's work on the yearly portfolio while ensuring the teams follow agile practices.You will also collaborate with Iteration Managers to remove obstacles, facilitate communication, and promote a culture of accountability and success within the Agile framework.You will also report and highlight any delivery risks to Leadership and support program/project risk mitigation, issue escalation, and status reporting.This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role based in Melbourne (Naarm).ABOUT YOUTertiary qualification/s in Information Technology or related fields.Certification relevant to position such as Scrum Master or Project Manager.Proven, practical hands-on experience as an Iteration Manager (or Scrum Master).Prior experience as a Delivery Lead is desirable.Active in the Agile community with proven delivery experience and working with Partners and Suppliers.Support leadership in mitigating capacity constraints to minimize delivery impacts.Participate in agile team ceremonies at a program level, representing platform teams and liaising with other tech teams for end-to-end delivery of solutions.Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills.Continuous improvement mindset with excellent people leadership and negotiation skills.Able to coach / mentor agile processes within the team specifically in the delivery of the technology solutions.Applications close – Friday 4 April 2025 at 23:59 AEDT.ABOUT US As part of IAG you'll enjoy a world of career opportunities, a purpose-led place focused on creating connection and belonging, and where you can create meaningful impact every day and grow your career beyond the expected.
