Due to growth and buying a new real estate business to add to ours, this Property Manager role is available to people with experience.
Meaning you can have some true work from home flexibility, with leasing consultants and inspections support for the front end property management duties.
Representing a Real Estate name and brand that has been established for over 100 years, work for a high end, established real estate office.
JOB DUTIES:
1. Manage your own portfolio of ~170 properties, residential homes/apartments around East/South East Suburbs (within 5km of office)
2. Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc.
3. Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio
4. Lease renewals, finalising condition reports and inspections
WHATS ON OFFER:
1. Up to $82,500 + Super + Staff Commissions (Open to more junior candidates too around 70-75K)
2. Phone, laptop are provided
3. 1-2 days work from home

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
1. Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
2. Property Management Experience (on a good size portfolio, ideally)
3. The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
4. Car and drivers licence
