The Position
Reporting to the CEO, this autonomous role will take responsibility for the management of all stages of employee lifecycle within the Group and consult and support the leadership team in best practice HR delivery and service.
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and support the organisations HR and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, engagement, retention, development and succession planning
- Facilitate and coach managers in performance related activities
- Onboarding
- Support the organisational goals and strategies for all people related initiatives
- Provide advice and strategy for employment law and regulations to maintain compliance
- Workers compensation management including Return to Work co-ordination
- Employee health and wellbeing programs
- Develop and implement DEI initiatives
- Learning and Development to support employee talent and growth
- Health and Safety – support the business to identify and improve risks and employee safety
The Person
As a partner to the CEO, the organisation has HR as a respected and integral part of business operations. Therefore, you will be a strong communicator, with a focus on achieving commercial outcomes and ensuring the workforce culture is strong and united. Qualified in HR with demonstrated experience in senior level roles, you will be professional, show leadership and able to support all aspects of the HR function. You must love what you do, care about people and create value every step of the way.
