This pivotal role requires an individual with a wealth of experience to spearhead the development of comprehensive tenders and bids for high-voltage infrastructure projects in the utilities and renewable energy sectors.Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will collaborate closely with our Estimators, Regional Manager, and engineering team to craft tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements and challenges of each client.We're looking for a qualified engineering professional with a background in primary systems engineering combined with experience in bid & tendering and/or plant procurement. Ideally, you'll bring experience from a transmission utility, design and construct contractor, or engineering consultancy background.If you're ready to take on a key role during our company's growth and contribute to the advancement of high-voltage infrastructure projects, we want to hear from you.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You To be successful in this role, you will possess:Previous involvement in proposal engineering, plant procurement, or managing major tenders within the high-voltage infrastructure industry.Demonstrated proficiency in analysing customer RFQs and tender specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.Utilisation of technical expertise to evaluate customer needs and propose solutions that are both technically sound and cost-effective.Solid understanding of Primary Engineering principles, including proficiency in interpreting and creating single line diagrams (SLDs) and general arrangement drawings.Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple tenders to meet tight deadlines.A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Why Join Us?
