About You:
* At least 1 year of experience in aged care, including client assessments and/or service delivery.
* Tertiary education in a health-related discipline (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work).
* Current unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional association.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and client management systems.
* Current Australian driver's licence, comprehensively insured vehicle, and ability to travel within your service area.
