About The Role
Reporting to the National Solution Support Manager, you will be the dynamic go-to person supporting our business development team in the area of furniture projects, with the aim to deliver the best customer experience in off furniture in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes as required
* End to end project coordination / management with all internal and external stakeholders
* Liaising with key project stakeholders to complete each project according to its unique set of requirements and clearly communicate expectation with customers and suppliers.
* Resolve any issues and solve problems relating to the project furniture supply
* Be agile, flexible, resolve any issues and solve problems relating to projects
* Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the Solution Support Manager
About You
The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales support and/or project management role
* A 'can-do' attitude with strong willingness to learn
* Be flexible and agile in your working methods
* Think outside the box approach
* High attention to detail and well-organised
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
