Rocky Bay is looking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Clinical Operations Manager to lead, develop and support a multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health professionals as well as complete clinical work.
Duties
* Lead a geographically based, interdisciplinary allied health team to deliver support to children, adults and their families towards achieving greater independence and participation.
* Support children and/or adults living with disability and their families according to best practice standards.
* Drive the operational performance of your team.
* Build relationships in the Community.
* Adjusted billable targets (customer facing 1 day per week).
What you’ll need to have:
* An Allied Health Tertiary Degree in either Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology.
* Full Registration with AHPRA or membership with SPA.
* Experience in leading and managing team performance (Desirable).
* Experience working with people living with disabilities in a community setting (Desirable).
