About the Opportunity
The receptionist is responsible for a wide range of general administration reception duties in the headspace Esperance office.
Requirements of the Role:
* Provide a friendly and welcoming reception service to young people, and their family, friends, and carers
* Provide administration support to the headspace Esperance team
* Provide assistance with events
* Make client appointments with headspace staff and on-site consortium partners
* Collect, record, and distribute incoming mail and send outgoing mail
* Receive, redirect, and respond to emails and phone calls
* Purchase stationery, photocopier supplies and sundries, and ensure there is sufficient stock
* Prepare documents including filing, photocopying, binding, laminating, and shredding

Appointments will be subject to: Australian residency/visa, satisfactory National Police check (within 3 months), Working With Children card, Current C or A class driver's license, and suitable referee.
