About The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller and working alongside three staff in accounts payable and receivable, this position is responsible for financial and payroll operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting business growth. This position is based at our head office in Lionsgate Business Park, Elizabeth South, and is available on a part-time basis (3-4 days per week).
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Finance
1. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
2. Month-end financial reporting
3. Prepare and lodge BAS, GST, and other statutory reports
4. Ensure compliance with taxation, financial regulations, and internal controls
About You
We are looking for someone with:
1. Proven experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or a similar finance role
2. Knowledge of payroll tax and superannuation
3. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle NetSuite) - preferred
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. High level of computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
6. A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to work independently while collaborating with the finance team
