You will play a vital role in delivering high quality, patient focused care. To help you thrive in this role, you will be supported by the Nurse Unit Managers, Nurse Educators, Leading Hand Operation Assistants and fellow Operation Assistants. You will be provided with an orientation day and supernumerary days once employment is commenced. Operating Theatres are staffed Monday to Friday, with shifts being staggered (the earliest shift commencing at 0700 and the latest commencing at 1230) with the occasional overtime and on call shifts after hours and weekends.
