About the RoleDavies Stewart is partnering with Helping Hand, a reputable Aged Care Provider, to recruit for a Hotel Service Site Manager. Helping Hand provides residential and care services across both metro and regional South Australia for over 70 years.The Hotel Services Site Manager is responsible for the efficient, effective, and appropriate people, financial, and resource management of the Hotel Services Program. This role also includes providing quality outcomes for residents in alignment with Helping Hand's organizational strategic plan, policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.The successful candidate will be passionate about working in the aged care sector, enjoy working in the services industry, have a keen eye for details, possess knowledge and background in the hotel services industry, and have excellent customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the leadership, management, planned strategic direction, and supervision of food services, housekeeping, and maintenance staff as well as contractors to deliver responsive resident-focused care.Manage and effectively allocate human, material, and financial resources to achieve planned goals and outcomes within established budget parameters.Support the Hotel Services Operations Manager to plan, contribute to, and maintain a quality management system that provides a continuous improvement focus and supports staff practices.Produce required written reports.Engage in continuous improvement projects.Work collaboratively with the Residential Services Manager to support the delivery of high-quality outcomes in customer service delivery.Actively participate in ongoing evaluation and review of hotel services provision to continuously improve systems, processes, and procedures to ensure resident-focused outcomes.Support the effective assessment, planning, delivery, and ongoing evaluation of hotel services.Skills & Experience:Tertiary qualifications in a management-related field - business, human services, or equivalent skills and experience.Demonstrated experience in leadership and management of people, including recruitment, performance management, change management, induction and training, and team building skills.Demonstrated experience building, reporting, and managing budgets.High level written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated ability to make decisions, take initiative, and work independently.Extensive knowledge of legislative and government regulations relating to Hotel Services, particularly WHS legislation, ACQS Standards, and food and laundry services.Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.Current Driver's License.Valid NDIS worker screening clearance or willingness to obtain one.Apply NowTo register your interest, please forward your current resume and cover letter via the application link.
