Key Responsibilities
* Handle inquiries in Japanese via calls, chats, and tickets, directing them to appropriate support teams as needed.
* Create tickets and document all activities in our ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate issues to Level 2 teams.
* Research and address complex application and business process issues.
* Provide follow-up and status updates on open tickets, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
* Utilize the Knowledgebase to assist users and create draft articles to fill knowledge gaps.
* Handle any ad hoc tasks requested by manager
Qualifications & Experience
* Fluent in Japanese and English.
* High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Basic understanding of IT Service Desk processes.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic hardware support.
* Experience in a technical support or service desk environment preferred.
* Knowledge of Apple products is a plus.
