The travel industry is buoyant and we need a new recruitment consultant to help support the travel industry's recruitment needs. I am looking for a new consultant to help meet our huge business demand!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Interviewing candidates in the Travel industry to help with their job search and successfully put them forward to suitable positions
2. Account managing a portfolio of Travel & Hospitality companies in a given region
3. Assisting your accounts with all their recruitment needs, ensuring continued relationships and repeat business
4. Pro-actively business developing your region to bring on new clients as your accounts, by making sales calls & follow up emails
5. Sourcing and selecting suitable candidates for positions, through a wide variety of sources
6. Creating Advertising to attract candidates
7. Working to exceed sales targets by successfully bringing on new business and placing candidates into positions
8. Working under your own initiative, managing your time effectively
9. Working within a team environment where communication is key to success
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
10. Previous experience within the Travel Industry, ideally coming from a retail travel, wholesale or corporate travel background with the desire to work in a target driven environment
11. Or previous experience as a 360 recruiter who likes to work autonomously managing their own desk
12. You will flourish a target driven sales environment and enjoy exceeding in sales to earn commission
13. Travel Trade Recruitment like to build long term relationships and focus on offering a professional, friendly and ethical service, so you must be customer centric
14. Self-motivated, organised and pro-active
THE PACKAGE:
15. Competitive base salary depending on experience
16. Uncapped monthly commission + quarterly bonuses + annual bonus
17. Quarterly pay rise incentives in your first 12 months increasing your base by $12k + super by the end of Y1
18. We are looking for people who are sales focussed and keen to earn excellent commission through service lead sales.
19. Our On Target Earnings are uncapped and there is a realistic OTE of $90-$100k pa in year 1, with experienced consultants achieving well in excess of this.
20. Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm with 1 day per week WFH after month 1
