We are on the hunt for an exceptional chef / cook to join our kitchen team, who is outgoing, proactive and loves to have fun! Most importantly, this role will include no night work!
The kitchen team supports our Kitchen Manager and works to deliver high quality food and service to our Scenic World visitors. This will involve food prep, cooking, cleaning and following HACCP and WHS procedures.
Duties will include:
* Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
* Follow recipes and presentation specifications
* Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
* Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
* Preserve and store food items in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities
