Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership in the planning and delivery of nursing and midwifery education programs. Develop and implement educational strategies for maternity, paediatric and neonatal education programs Support and mentor clinical educators and staff to ensure high-quality learning experiences. Promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement in clinical education. Work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing and Midwifery Education and the education team to support clinical staff education and training (Undergraduate, Graduate and Post Graduate) Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards for education programs. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including universities, training providers, and health service leaders, to align education with service needs. To be eligible you must: Current Nursing/Midwifery registration with AHPRA Post registration qualification in education or working towards Experience in leadership and management including the ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team Advanced skills in educational design and implementation Knowledge of contemporary nursing and midwifery workforce challenges and practices Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management. The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
