Experienced Administration Assistant position available for a highly regarded NFP

Your new role
In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a high-performing team. You'll act as the glue that ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
This is a diverse role where you will have the opportunity to manage key tasks such as diary management, meeting coordination, event planning, financial reconciliations, and grant system administration. You will also contribute to data reporting, communications, and support a range of philanthropic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive and reactive administrative support, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and minute-taking.
* Coordinate event logistics such as venue bookings, catering, and presentations.
* Oversee financial administration tasks, including credit card reconciliations and invoice approvals.
* Maintain digital records using SharePoint and other management systems.
* Support grant-related activities, including managing data, generating reports, and responding to enquiries.
* Assist with communications by maintaining contact lists, supporting social media updates, and proofreading materials.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
