Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure customers have a great experience at our recycling centres by providing friendly assistance and resolving issues promptly.
2. Maintaining a Safe and Clean Environment: Keep the recycling centre clean, tidy, and well-presented, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
3. Machine Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain our reverse vending machines and sorting equipment to ensure they run smoothly.
4. Sorting Equipment Efficiency: Remove and replace collection bins as they fill up to prevent delays and optimize the recycling process.
5. Hazard Monitoring: Identify and report any hazards or concerns to management promptly.
6. Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as required by management to support the team and achieve business objectives.
