Reporting to the Head of Finance - MediLaw Group, this role will undertake duties and responsibilities involved in the generation and payment of invoices, managing expenses, verifying and reconciling financial data and responding to stakeholders to resolve queries.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Debt collectionAllocation of receiptsGeneration of debtor (client) invoicesAssisting with reconciling Accounts ReceivableGenerating RCTI for Doctors at month endAssist with accounts queriesPreparation of monthly paymentAssisting with month end processesProviding assistance to the Finance Team and participate in ad-hoc projects as required.QualificationsTo be successful the applicant will have:Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Clerk role or similar roleExceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skillsPrior experience within a full function bookkeeping processStrong attention to detail and data entry skillsDemonstrated ability to provide excellent stakeholder support both internally and externallyAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to work within a dynamic and growing organisation with a terrific team work environment where client focus, team spirit and respect are key features.
