Global Consumer Electronics manufacturer seeks an experienced eCommerce specialist to focus on the management of their online presence Our client is a global leader in the Manufacture, Development and Supply of Consumer Electronic products. With a well-established presence in Australia, they are undergoing significant growth and are seeking an experienced eCommerce specialist to focus on the ongoing management of of online marketing campaigns, new product introduction, management of customer journeys/experiences, supporting the operational side and helping to improve market share for this well regarded portfolio of quality products. Core aspects of the role are: Set up monthly marketing plans to maximize revenue Work with the local marketing team and 3rd party agencies to create and manage promotional assets (banners, landing page, eDMs) Monitor competitors’ marketing plans (to see the trends) Analyse sales data by activities, divisions and SKUs, and commit after action reports Analysis of customers’ journey Managing online orders and deliveries Manage prices and stock availability Manage customers’ feedback Ideal candidates will have: A good understanding of and experience with online marketing communications and brand marketing Technical understanding of eCommerce and digital platforms and analytics skills to formulate a cohesive understanding of performance drivers Excellent written communication skills Highly developed planning, organisation and time management skills Experience in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask with a good attention to detail Tertiary marketing qualification This is a great opportunity to secure a position in one of the world's leading manufacturers at a time when they are seeing a significant growth in the Australian business.
