Role
This is a five year fixed term SES 1 role.
Reporting to the Executive Director – Registration & Licensing Management, the Director Service Reform & Portfolio Management is responsible for management, reporting and guidance of various projects across the RLM division, including the development and collaboration on new service offerings, both from the State and VicRoads Joint Venture Operator. The role will be accountable for key internal functions such as Portfolio and Project management, Governance and Stakeholder Relationships, as well as the Operational Policy Team. In addition, the role will be responsible over key performance aspects such as:
1. The VicRoads Joint Venture Operator’s strategy, delivery and operation of technology in accordance with the obligations of the Concession Deed, including maintaining an up-to-date view of technology risks and opportunities.
2. Reporting, performance assurance and business improvement of RLM.
The position holds key relationships with Directors, Department of Transport and Planning Executives, Ministerial offices and senior leaders across the Victorian Government to support the effective operation of the division and delivery of the Executive Director – Registration & Licensing Management priorities, which will help shape the division through various strategic initiatives and governance arrangements.
