Job Description:
We are seeking 300 workers for mango harvesting on a farm in Florina, NT.
Responsibilities:
* Harvest and prune mango plants
* Perform general farm labouring tasks
Work Details:
Work will commence in October 2025 and continue to March 2026.
Employment Terms:
Casual employment with pay under the Horticulture Award 2020.
Requirements:
* Resilient attitude towards outdoor work
* Ability to thrive in various weather conditions
* Flexibility to accommodate weekend and early morning starts
* Physical fitness to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and carrying heavy harvest buckets on uneven terrain
Medical Clearance:
A medical/drug test is required.
