The Role
As a Learning Development Partner at Merivale you will be accountable for partnering with a range of key portfolios. Our portfolios cover everything from restaurants, stadiums, events and compliance.
You will lead performance consulting conversations through extensive partnering with the business, to ensure learning solutions are delivered, maintained and evaluated.
Drive the execution of Merivale Academy Strategy promoting a learning culture within the portfolios, through change management and embodying leadership skills.
Collaboration within the L&D team and surrounding business subject matter experts will be critical to the success of the role.
