Your responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and standardising Project Operational Procedure (PrOP) documents and tools, enhancing their use throughout our organisation. You will manage both capability uplift projects and support continuous improvement efforts as needed. Your role will focus on the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific segments of major projects, ensuring they align with our corporate goals and strategic direction.About You:You have proven experience in resolving complex problems and are skilled in managing and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. With a solid understanding of project management priorities, you are adept at handling project scopes, schedules, and stakeholder interactions. Your ability to establish and maintain effective business rhythms, coupled with your project scheduling expertise, makes you a valuable team member. You are adaptable, capable of working in a dynamic environment, and skilled at prioritising tasks, including handling ad-hoc support requests across the business. Your collaborative approach is evident in your work with international teams and your contribution to larger group efforts.Familiarity with various project management methodologies is expected, and while a Diploma in Project Management is desirable, it's your hands-on experience that truly counts.
