Key responsibilities include:Leading and managing teams across Finance, Quality Management, and Primary Health SupportMentoring staff through goal setting, performance reviews, and developmentImplementing operational plans for fundraising, income generation, and innovationOverseeing financial management, budgeting, audits, and grant reportingEnsuring compliance with legal and statutory obligations as a healthcare, NDIS, and aged care providerLeading quality management and accreditation initiativesManaging work health and safety programs for staff and clientsSupporting strategic plan execution and acting as CEO when requiredBuilding relationships with government bodies and securing relevant grantsAbout YouTo qualify, you’ll need a tertiary qualification in Business Administration (or related field), with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
