Description The Role We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Trade Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic retail marketing team. This pivotal role focuses on managing brand touchpoints across retail and commercial channels to engage customers at critical consideration and purchase stages. You will ensure in-store experiences, online content, and promotional activations deliver on brand strategy and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Campaigns & Promotions Create and manage promotional materials for consumer promotions. Collaborate with internal teams and retail partners on campaign execution. Analyse and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to ensure continual improvement. In-Store & Online Experiences Oversee the design, production, and deployment of in-store display assets and maintenance. Manage the creation and optimisation of brand and product content for online retail platforms. Produce and maintain an inventory of point-of-sale materials. Trade Marketing Initiatives Support new product launches, including planning events, managing display assets, and coordinating promotions. Organise retailer training, development, and incentive programs to drive brand engagement. Resource & Budget Management Manage purchase orders, invoice workflows, and budget tracking for marketing initiatives. Skills And Experiences What We’re Looking For 2-3 years’ experience in a Trade Marketing or Retail Marketing related role. Experience in marketing of wholesale products. A creative problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset. Exceptional project management and organisational skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
