We’re united in our belief that in banking, better can be bigger, and together we’re making it happen.Our Regulatory Reporting team is hiring several permanent positionsCome join a team in growth where we’ll be building our analytics capabilities.We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of minimum two days per week based out of our Melbourne, Adelaide, Bendigo, Brisbane or Sydney corporate offices.Senior Analyst EFS & FinanceAnalyst EFS & FinanceAnalyst Change Management and GovernanceYou’ll be responsible for and make an impact by:EFS & Finance functionCompiling, preparing and lodging defined APRA ReturnsUsing, reviewing and maintaining consistent documentation for defined reportsProcessing and documenting manual adjustments in accordance with APRA Reporting PoliciesMeeting deadlines and identifying opportunities for process improvementSupporting other functions and stakeholders as requiredChange Management and Governance functionSupport scoping, design and implementation of Regulatory ChangeRegulatory Change - supporting BAU initiative & projectsMonitor Governance processes and execute controls validationCo-ordinate responses to audit findings and monitor execution of management responsesSupporting other functions and stakeholders as requiredWhat you’ll bring to the roleTo succeed in this role, it’s essential to have:More than 2 years’ experience in regulatory reporting &/or financial reporting role or a comparable roleStrong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills to be able to build and develop relationships with stakeholdersA knack for teamwork - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals!While not essential, these will be highly advantageous:Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, complemented by a professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent).Experience in change management within the financial services industrySo, why work for us?Want to be more than just a number?
