About the Role
We are currently seeking a VCE Business Management Teacher to join our friendly, professional team at Marist Sion College, which provides a supportive work culture and a positive and inspiring work environment.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Planning and implementing a range of teaching programs.
* Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting student progress in key learning areas.
* Implementing strategies to achieve targets related to student learning outcomes.
* Teaching an area of the curriculum to a specific year level.
* Implementing effective student management consistent with the College strategic plan.
* Supervising a range of activities, including support and welfare programs.
* Modeling exemplary classroom practice and mentoring or coaching other teachers.
* Assisting staff in using student data to inform teaching approaches.
