Analyse general ledger accounts as required and establish weaknesses in operations according to results Ensure service standards are demonstrated when dealing with all team members i.e. employees, client/internal customers, external customers and suppliers/ contractors Collection and reconciliation of Debtors Assist in formulating budgetary and accounting policies Prepare financial statements for presentation to boards of directors, management, shareholders, and governing and statutory bodies Conduct financial investigations, preparing reports, undertaking audits and advising on matters such as the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, capital financing, suspected fraud, insolvency and taxation Examine operating costs and organisations' income and expenditure Provide assurance about the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with statutory requirements Assist in maintaining internal control systems A degree in a ccounting or f inance and possess either a CPA or CA Minimum of 2 years of experience for a large multi-function business and can confidently report profit and loss analysis whilst maintaining the responsibility for multi-million-dollar contracts Display a background in driving revenue growth and improving profitability in new and mature business segments Demonstrate d experience in contract interpretation and execution, and k n owledge regarding relevant legislative regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards Can provide a National Police Check (less than 6 months old) Salary on Offer Competative salary ranging from $75,000 to $78,500 Melbourne Airport serves as a primary transportation hub in Australia, facilitating travel for millions of passengers each year.
