Some of the responsibilities of the roles are:APS5 Engagement Officers work as part of a team with support and broad direction of senior staff in their branch. They are responsible for the effective and efficient administration of a variety of tasks and activities relating to grant management and stakeholder engagement. They undertake their work to achieve results, in line with agreed goals and business plans, to deliver high-quality services and outcomes for NIAA stakeholders. They may be required to supervise staff.APS6 Senior Engagement Officers assist to lead and manage the day-to-day activities of their team. They work closely with community members to build relationships, identify opportunities and partner to deliver outcomes. In addition, Senior Engagement Officers work closely with funded providers, government, and other stakeholders to facilitate partnerships to respond to community needs and key government initiatives. They ensure decisions are made within defined legislative, policy, and procedural parameters and are generally required to supervise staff.
